⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our day trip to the Ourika Waterfalls from Marrakesh was an absolute dream, and it wouldn’t have been the same without our incredible driver, Fatah, and our amazing guide, Abdellatif. From the moment we met them, we felt like we were in the hands of friends. Fatah’s driving was smooth and safe, navigating the winding Atlas Mountain roads with ease, while Abdellatif’s warmth, knowledge, and humor made the journey unforgettable. Abdellatif went above and beyond to ensure my partner, my daughter, and I had the best experience possible. He shared fascinating stories about Moroccan culture, the history of the region, and even taught us a few phrases in Arabic. His kindness and patience with my daughter were heartwarming—he made her feel so special, and she hasn’t stopped talking about him since! By the end of the day, it felt like we had known Abdellatif for years. His friendly and polite nature left such a lasting impression on us that we now consider him a close friend. In fact, I told him that one day I will return to Morocco just to see him again—he truly made our trip that meaningful. The waterfalls themselves were stunning, and the hike was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. The lunch by the river was delicious, and the entire day was filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable moments. If you’re planning a trip to the Ourika Waterfalls, you absolutely must ask for Fatah and Abdellatif. Consiglio tanto ITINERANCE PLUS che è riuscita ad accoglierci e farci sentire a nostro agio nel organizzare i nostri tour con loro, a differenza di molte agenzie che abbiamo sentito prima di loro, (quest’ultime molto vaghe e oppressive) . Hanno una vasta proposta di esperienze e servizi di trasposto. Siamo stati ad Essaouira e Ourika in giornata, servizio di solo trasporto andata e ritorno, ma comunque puntuale come da accordo, svariati Caffe/toilette STOP o PHOTO STOP ( aprezzatissimi) , nella tratta di ourika ci siamo fermati pure a visitare e scoprire una casa berbera e gustarci un bicchiere di te offerto! Poi ci hanno organizzato un viaggio di tre giorni verso il deserto di MerZouga Un tour meraviglioso che consiglio tantissimo Mi soffermo sui servizi offerti dall’agenzia: Trasporto, prima notte in albergo con cena e colazione e seconda notte in tenda con cena SOETTACOLO davanti al fuoco e colazione giorno dopo, e GIRO IN CAMELLO . da non trascurare la disponibilità dell’autista durante i tragitti sopratutto con i photostop Esperienza molto molto bella! E tutto come da accordato . Menziono HASNA che è stata la nostra organizzatrice e IL NOSTRO PUNTO DI RIFERIMENTO che con i suoi modi e SOPRATTUTTO la sua DIPONIBILITA CI ha fatto sentire come a casa. Merci Youssef, pour l’incroyable excursion nous avons visité ourika le village berbère c’est à faire avec une belle petite randonnée d’une heure et demi pour voir la cascade et prendre de belles photos avec un très beau paysage. Et nous avons fait le quad à Agafay c’était l’une de mes plus belles excursions avec bien entendu le dîner et le show du soir juste incroyable la vue le paysage les gens serviables. L’année dernière j’avais fait l’essaouira c’était trop bien aussi. Bien entendu ce n’est pas la première fois que je passe par cette agence c’est la deuxième fois la première fois avec mes parents et la deuxième fois avec mon mari. Très bel accueil de la part de Youssef qui a su nous conseiller et nous proposer les excursions adaptées à nos envies et notre budget. Nous n'avons pas été déçus de la qualité des prestations et de l'encadrement. Une prise en charge du début à la fin, de belles rencontres, des activités et des lieux au top. C'est un site fiable nous le recommandons. Nous avons visité le désert d' agafay et la vallée d' Ourika

Our trip was to the Ourika Valley and it was entirely up to.our expectations and beyond. We were met by Mouad and I was impressed by his professionalism and kindness. Everyting ran.perfectly on.time, the driver was careful and reliable, our local guide a perfect and very knowledgeable guardian angel who looked after me with patience and a smile all along our trekking. Pleasant and relaxing lunch.
