On December 31st, the Agafay team invites you to a moment suspended in time in the heart of the stone desert, just 45 minutes from Marrakech.
The evening opens at 7:30 PM with a cocktail accompanied by the Dekkas Marrakchias and the Gnaoua troupe, with a glass of champagne or a non-alcoholic cocktail, vegetable spring rolls, an amuse-bouche and a chef's surprise.
At 8:30 PM, a refined buffet dinner follows: an assortment of salads, pastillas, briouates and spring rolls as hot starters, then several main stations (BBQ, sushi, couscous and tagines with beef, chicken, fish and vegetarian, spit-roasted mechoui), a dedicated kids' area (burger, pizza, pasta, shawarma, rice, fries and sautéed vegetables), and a dessert selection with fruit verrines, chocolate mousse, mini tartlets, milk pastilla, Moroccan pastries, coffee and mint tea.
At midnight, the New Year's cake is served along with a fire breather show, set to a DJ, live band and pop rock trio. Unlimited soft drinks are included throughout the evening.
